The Two Brewers

Elizabeth I was on the throne when the Two Brewers is said to have been built, in 1572. Today this Grade II listed inn stands beside the parish church at the heart of the village, and it is still the place Northaw meets.

What to expect

  • Real ales on handpump and a real fire in winter
  • Home-cooked pub food and a well-loved Sunday roast
  • A garden for summer afternoons, and a welcome for families and dogs

It is the perfect start or finish for a walk to Northaw Great Wood.

Opening hours change, and the pub is often closed early in the week: check before you travel.
